Need more than the pages included in your package? Standard pages can be added without turning the entire project into a custom-software quote. We'll confirm all extras in writing before work begins.
01 / EXTRA PAGES
An additional page following your site's approved layout system, such as a service-area page or an ordinary service description. Client provides ready-to-use copy and images.
02 / SPECIALIZED DESIGN
Pages needing unique layouts, extensive custom content, complex galleries, or advanced interactions are estimated individually rather than automatically priced at $250.
03 / NEW FEATURES
Contact forms requiring a sending service, booking systems, portals, payments, integrations, and databases are estimated only after a technical feasibility review. Third-party services and ongoing support are quoted separately.
Example: A Business website with six standard pages starts at $1,750. Two additional standard pages add $500, for a starting total of $2,250. The signed proposal confirms the final total. Extra revisions and other out-of-scope tasks are quoted before work begins, normally at $85/hour with a one-hour minimum, or at a fixed price. If you need many extra pages, we'll assess the most cost-effective project scope.
Prices cover only agreed pages and features. Domain registration, hosting accounts, stock assets, paid subscriptions, substantial copywriting, new branding, analytics reporting, contact-form email delivery setup, ecommerce, custom integrations, and ongoing maintenance are not included unless the written proposal explicitly lists them. All changes are priced and approved before work begins.

A written proposal and signed agreement protect both sides. These are our standard guidelines, with project-specific details confirmed before you pay.
01 / SCOPE
We agree on the pages, features, deliverables, and timeline first. Client-provided copy, photos, and approvals help keep the project on schedule.
02 / CHANGES
Revision rounds cover edits to the approved direction. Additional work is quoted and approved in writing before it begins. For small additions, our standard rate is $85/hour, with a one-hour minimum, unless we agree on a fixed quote.
03 / PAYMENT
Standard projects require 50% upfront and 50% before launch or handoff. Any pause, cancellation, or refund is handled under your signed agreement.

OPTIONAL WEBSITE CARE
Support is optional and is only available after we agree in writing on the checks, edit time, response expectations, and account access. You retain ownership of your domain and accounts.
ESSENTIAL CARE
Proposed plan: one scheduled monthly page and link review, plus up to 15 minutes of small text or image edits. Availability and response expectations are confirmed in the support agreement.
PRIORITY CARE
Proposed plan: one scheduled monthly page and link review, plus up to 60 minutes of small text or image edits. Availability and response expectations are confirmed in the support agreement.
These are proposed starting prices, not automatically active subscriptions. Monthly support begins only after Acorivo confirms availability and both parties sign an agreement defining checks, response expectations, and exclusions. Unused edit time does not roll over. New features, redesigns, emergency response, hosting, and third-party fees are excluded. There is no 24/7 monitoring or guaranteed fix time.
COMMON QUESTIONS
You should register the domain and primary hosting accounts yourself. Once the project has been paid in full, ownership and licensing of deliverables will follow the signed agreement. Any third-party assets retain their own licenses.
Standard website projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due before launch or final handoff. Your written proposal and signed agreement confirm billing and cancellation details.
